"Jessica Sanchez had a four year inappropriate relationship with a client. This is the second time they have been caught. She continues to contact him, including a call on Monday, despite Kevin Navarro stating she was not to have any further contact. She went as far as using a burner phone to continue communication. This situation presents a clear conflict of interest, including the client gifting her a $2,000 watch, which was later confiscated by his wife. Kevin Navarro has been made aware of the situation and has not taken meaningful action. When speaking with the client’s wife, he compared the situation to his own past infidelity experience, despite the very different circumstances, including the impact on a family with five children. If he continues to keep her employed, it reflects that his views align with hers and that he supports her actions. Multiple requests for accountability and termination have been made by the wife and others, yet no action has been taken. This raises serious concerns about professionalism and ethical standards at this location. I would not recommend doing business here."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with my local State Farm agent Jessica Sanchez. Personal information that should have remained confidential was shared without my knowledge or consent. When working with an insurance agent, trust and discretion are essential. Customers provide sensitive information with the expectation that it will be handled responsibly and privately. In this case, that trust was broken. I hope this local office takes privacy obligations more seriously moving forward and implements stronger safeguards to protect their clients. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in their professionalism. I recently found out that she has been having affairs with a common friend which is her client and she shared all my private and sensitive information to him. I hope actions on this matter. Please choose your agency and agent wisely. Unfortunately for me I chose the wrong one."

"Have been with them for 12 years. Have no issues, but will say that the last two months there's an issue with them answering the phones. The last two months I've had to make my payments I have to call two days before anywhere from 2 to 4 times a day. No one answers or calls back. When I check on Google it says they're opened. It's hard for me to get to their office to make a payment in person so I have found that over the phone works better, but these last two months not so much."
